A company’s climate can be thought of as its “psychological atmosphere.” It is a snapshot of employee perceptions of a company’s work environment. Companies use climate surveys to collect information about these perceptions. Management then uses this information to shape future initiatives with the end goal of enhancing productivity and overall business success.
Our proprietary climate survey measures employee attitudes regarding 14 important organizational facets and systems. It includes 45 items and takes around 20 minutes to complete. The survey feedback report provides an overall score for each attitude, along with individual item scores. Where meaningful, differences in overall scores across grouping variables are noted (e.g., scores by department, level, and job category).
