Our Coaching Process
- We gather information about the client’s needs. This typically involves a combination of interviews and personality assessments.
- We work with the client to create an action plan. This plan includes clear developmental goals and outcome measures.
- We execute the action plan. Our coach meets regularly with the client and provides ongoing support and guidance. This includes giving real time feedback and acting as a confidential sounding board.
- We measure the success of the coaching effort. This typically includes a follow-up with the client’s manager, additional assessments, and the development of new goals.
