Our leadership training gives employees valuable, practical information they can use to enhance their performance as both individual contributors and leaders.
We offer two types of training workshops. One type focuses on self-management skills; the other focuses on traditional leadership skills. Each workshop is centered around 3 to 5 specific behaviors. We work closely with clients to select these behaviors from a “master list” prior to each workshop. This approach ensures that each workshop is need-based and relevant to the trainee population. Each workshop lasts approximately 4 hours and includes the use of videos, skill practice exercises, and self-diagnostic tools.
