Online Assessments for Supervisory and Management Positions

Our core managerial assessment has two parts. Part one measures a candidate’s critical thinking ability, a key determinant of overall job performance. Part two measures a candidate’s strengths and weaknesses across a wide range of professional competencies. Although each competency is important for managerial success, we work with companies to identify and focus on those competencies that may be particularly relevant to their managerial populations. In addition, because the assessment is norm based, companies can make reliable assessment comparisons among candidates for the same position. 

In-Depth Assessments for Executive Positions

This assessment process is designed primarily for senior leadership positions. It involves a thorough evaluation of a candidate through the use of multiple personality and work style instruments, as well as a sit-down interview. The result is a comprehensive, confidential feedback report prepared for the company.
